Proposed Agenda for the Dialogue between LPKP Sabah and Associations on 23rd July, 2007

1. To allow Cargo AM to carry wood products;
2. Lifting of BDM restriction of maximum 38,000kg;
3. To clarify whether Prime-mover with 1 : 1 axle configuration (32,000kg) is allowable to pull Trailer with 2 axle configuration registered with 36,000kg;
4. To clarify the definition of Low Loader which can carry over-sized, excess height and heavy items;
5. Issuance of container permits - its terms and conditions;
6. Rampant abuse of permit "C" not carrying its owned goods;
   
7. Application and renewal of permits;
8. To reduce the requirement of certified true copy of documents;
9. Roles of LPKP;
   
10. Lorry parking issue; and
    
11. Any other business.
